A year has passed, it's March again, spring is here, and I realize that we've been living in the shadow of the virus for a year now... In fact, it also occurred to me that, my goodness, I started my business during Covid! If I had known this in advance, I probably would have been even more hesitant to get started...
The past period must have been very difficult for you too. The lockdown created a new life situation, which even after a year, is still hard to get used to... My little passion project also fit into this new environment. Sometimes consciously, sometimes subconsciously, I developed my product range and created products that I can pour my heart and soul into.
Environmental awareness has always been key for me and meant that I wanted to create reusable and durable products from natural materials that improve our quality of life and health.

As soon as I saw the idea of washable pads (yes, I admit, I didn't invent the wheel 😊), I immediately knew that I would definitely make some for myself! It's incredible, but since then I've made them for almost 1000 women, and more and more of you are constantly asking to try them out!
The Covid situation has at least one positive aspect: there was time and opportunity to introduce long-delayed innovations in our lifestyle... many started walking, just for the sake of walking, exercising, baking bread, playing board games, and yes, using washable pads. I think for many, they were an absolute salvation!
Beyond being much more environmentally friendly, natural, and healthier to wear than their plastic counterparts, they are always available because they are in your drawer 😊 You won't find yourself thinking, "Oh my God, they're gone again, I have to go to the drugstore for them (but only in the afternoon, during my time slot...).
Over this almost one year, I received a lot of feedback from you about how much you love using the washable pads I make. Talking to each of you individually, I concluded that you, too, first like to try them out in the safety of your home to see how they work, how much blood they absorb, how you can clean them, how many pieces and what size you need, etc. (By the way, I wrote another blog post about this, which you can read by clicking HERE).
At first, I started the transition this way too, and I think the lockdown due to the virus was an opportunity for many of you to take this step.
Here I would like to THANK everyone who dared to take the plunge! Many of you have already largely or entirely replaced disposable menstrual products with reusable ones, thus producing little to no waste! Would you have thought this a year ago? 😊 Heartfelt congratulations to you, be proud of yourselves!!!

And for those who are still thinking about making the switch, take advantage of the current situation and gradually dive in :) I say, it's worth a try :)
