Eco-friendly Night (XL) reusable pad (1 pc) for those who need extra protection during heavy menstruation!

I created these reusable pads for extremely heavy menstruation. Its double absorbent layer helps to absorb as much blood as possible and keep you dry!

Ideal for postpartum, during puerperium, or even in case of incontinence! Unlike their plastic counterparts, reusable pads are breathable, which helps you avoid unpleasant odors.

By using them, you can replace disposable plastic pads and make your menstruation more sustainable.

DID YOU KNOW?

Did you know that an average woman generates about 200 kg of menstrual waste in her lifetime? However, modern women now have many options to significantly or completely reduce this amount with a little care.

MATERIAL:

The surface of the pad that comes into contact with the skin is made of eco-friendly and skin-friendly certified cotton jersey (95% cotton + 5% elastane). Its bottom layer is 100% cotton canvas.

I specifically recommend it for heavy flow days, postpartum, or in case of incontinence.

It has excellent absorbency and the material is breathable, which cannot be said for disposable pads. Reusable pads are gentler on the skin as they do not contain plastic, chemicals, or petroleum derivatives, thus they do not irritate, and their use helps avoid odor and infection.

SIZE:

Length: 30 cm

Absorbent width: approx. 8 cm wide,

Pad width including wings: approx. 17 cm,

Closure: closes with 2 painted metal snaps.

The surface that comes into contact with underwear is indicated by the label!

Each piece is unique and handmade in Hungary.

With proper washing instructions, its lifespan is expected to be 3-5 years.

CLEANING:

After use, soak in cold water for 1-2 hours, as needed. The absorbed fluid will automatically release from it.

Tip: add a little vinegar, which not only disinfects the water but also softens the fabric. Don't worry, the vinegar smell will dissipate during washing :)

Then, squeeze it in a little lukewarm soapy water, or soap the remaining stains. Use natural soap, for example, such as: Manofaktura laundry soap, then wash at a maximum of 30-40 degrees with clothes of similar colors.

Bleach and general fabric softener are not recommended, and ironing, tumble drying, or exposing to any direct heat is prohibited, as this would damage the pad's waterproof layer.
