If you are already a big fan of reusable pads and want to stay environmentally conscious after childbirth, and don't want to go back to disposable plastic pads, then you will definitely need this maternity reusable pad!

It absorbs more liquid than an average pad, as I've hidden a double absorbent layer inside! Leaking is prevented by a breathable but waterproof material.

I created these reusable pads for extremely heavy bleeding. If nothing else seems to be enough, this pad will help you!

Did you know that an average woman generates about 200 kg of menstrual waste in her lifetime? However, modern women now have many options to significantly or completely reduce this amount with a little attention.

MATERIAL:

The surface of the pad that comes into contact with the skin is made of eco-friendly and skin-friendly certified cotton jersey (95% cotton + 5% elastane). Its bottom layer is made of 100% cotton canvas.

I specifically recommend it for heavy days, postpartum, or in cases of incontinence.

It has extremely good absorbency and its material is breathable, which cannot be said for disposable pads. Reusable pads are gentler on the skin as they do not contain plastic, chemicals, or petroleum derivatives, thus they do not irritate, and their use can prevent odors and infections.

Length: 36 cm

Absorbent width: approx. 10 cm wide,

Pad width with wings: approx. 21 cm,

Fastening: closes with 2 painted metal snaps.

The surface that comes into contact with the underwear is indicated by the label!

Each piece is unique and handmade in Hungary.

By following the washing instructions, its lifespan is expected to be 3-5 years.

CLEANING:

After use, soak in cold water for 1-2 hours, as needed. The absorbed liquid will automatically dissolve during this time.

Tip: add a little vinegar, which not only disinfects the water but also softens the fabric. Don't worry, the vinegar smell will dissipate during washing :)

Then squeeze it in a little lukewarm soapy water, perhaps soap any remaining stains. Use a natural soap, such as this one: Manofaktura washing soap, then wash at a maximum of 30-40 degrees with similar colored clothes.

Bleach and general fabric softener are not recommended, and ironing, tumble drying, or exposing to any other direct heat is forbidden, as this can damage the pad's waterproof layer.
